The Congress of the IAC, formed for a deliberate assembly of professional officers and representatives in response to violence by the State of Texas, and in abuse documented from 2001-2022 in State of Michigan and State of California organized acts of arson, concealment, taking from legal POSSESSION, and commercial claims for fraud;

Does hereby give public notice of its intent to carry out the work of the Laws of the United States and State of Oklahoma in formal resistance to fraud concealing operation of law as a "collateral contract" or other negotiation for the welfare and return of persons and threat to disable United States Corprations in State of Oklahom by persons employed in State of Texas by People's Republic of China and Nation of Japan

These threats upon ICANN registered sites consisting of threats of murder and violence against our members and their organizations, are clear violations of the 1st Amendment and 2nd Amendment.

The pattern of claims violate the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th, and 14th Amendment of the Constitution of the united States of America, and construct a fraud and false personation of the Union of the United States by other foreign bodies falsely portrayed as Federal or State agencies to assert monopoly styled wrongly as "Internet Governance" claims to extort former senior telecom and software workers to submit or abandon the industry of the United States and be denied their children on no legal cause in taking and 20 year concealment without relief contrary orders.

The parties against which this Congress forms in opposition have fraudulently asserted a monopoly contrary Oklahoma Constitution Article II section II-32 and Article XXIII section XXIII-1A rights, and have sought to incorporate children as hostages to do so. Use of impersonation and false idenitity by these hostile national foreign unregistered agents obligate our use of X.509 and other high security identification tools now.
